Production Line
Our high-speed automated gummy production line offers a variety of shapes and sizes of gummies. Custom molds are available from 3-6 grams with your proprietary shape, size, and finish. Once your gummies have cured we package the product on the high-speed count and fill machines to speed your products to market. Our chocolate productions lines include bar stations, enrobers, and in-line cooling tunnels. Our chocolatiers produced the first award-winning nanoemulsion chocolates in the California market in 2021. As the market for chocolate-covered confections continues to evolve we are able to offer a variety of chocolate-covered nuts and berries.
